Mary Ellen Rosemeyer brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, corporate transactions including sales and acquisitions of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and joint ventures. She has vast experience in commercial and secured lending including asset-based financing, equipment financing, construction financing, inter-creditor agreements, letters of credit, notes, security agreements, master loan agreements, cross-collateral agreements, collateral substitutions, loan assumptions, mortgages, subordination agreements. She is an experienced litigator focusing her courtroom work on guardianship and estates, and real estate litigation.
Before coming to the firm in 2015, Mary Ellen enjoyed a successful solo practice, and before that she worked with various firms including serving as a member of the Legal Remodel Team by reviewing and analyzing redevelopment projects submitted under the Major Remodel Program (MRP) for McDonald’s franchise operations throughout the country. She also headed legal real estate team charged with review and clearance of commercial title reports for acquisition by Vicorp of 148 Baker’s Square franchises in the Midwest and California.
